We have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Engineer who will be responsible for the supervision, labor, and cost controls of the Engineering Department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Can work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding work environment.
• Has at least 3 years of engineering experience, with hotel experience preferred.
• Can work holidays and weekends.
• Previous management experience a plus.

As a Chief Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the guest experience and will work closely with all departments to report and resolve issues and maintain hotel service standards. This position is accountable for hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling all engineering team members and prioritizes positive team member relations. The Chief Engineer will conduct and maintain inventory of all tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
