Job Description:
This Is Voice is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and help ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Salary: $41,560 to $51,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to gather data on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualities We Seek:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
