We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Customer Service, Outside Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by developing and executing winning sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence, and exceeding revenue targets.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and Empower Your Team: Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to your team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed. Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented environment where everyone thrives.
  • Develop and Execute Winning Strategies: Craft comprehensive sales and marketing plans that drive growth across all channels, including national and regional sales efforts, e-commerce platforms, and targeted campaigns.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively engage with key decision-makers, and negotiate win-win deals with customers and suppliers.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and product innovation possibilities.
  • Become a Product Expert: Serve as the internal authority on company products and services, ensuring your team possesses a deep understanding of offerings and effectively communicates value propositions to clients.
  • Embrace Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and reporting tools to track performance, measure effectiveness of campaigns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee Operations and Compliance: Ensure adherence to established sales protocols, policies, and best practices. Safeguard sensitive information and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • A strong leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • An experienced negotiator with the ability to close deals and secure favorable terms.
  • A data-driven and analytical leader who can translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and marketing tools.
  • A deep understanding of the Fire Protection industry and its dynamics.
  • A passionate learner with a commitment to continuous improvement.
