Duties and Responsibilities- Engage potential and existing customers by presenting the latest wireless products and services offered by AT&T, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions.
- Stay current with the latest wireless technology trends and products to ensure high-quality guidance and service.
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, participating in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
- Assist in the setup of marketing displays and promotional material to attract new business and promote seasonal or exclusive sales.
- Handle administrative duties related to sales, including maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and adhering to company policies.
- Offer exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns, and building meaningful relationships with clientele.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals and outcomes with proactive ideas and feedback.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the telecommunications or similar technology-driven industry.
- Strong understanding of wireless technology, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile service plans; familiarity with AT&T products and services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment and meet sales goals.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a track record of developing strong client relationships.
- Legal right to work in the location without sponsorship.
