Troy Consulting, a Business Management Consulting firm, is looking for a passionate Project Coordinator that is technical, business savvy, and loves to turn obstacles into opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Coordinator will drive stand ups, sprints, grooming ceremonies and create user stories.

Key IT Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with Release Management processes
  • Experience in Point Of Sale (POS) in a retail environment
  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Task management, timelines, and reporting status
  • Familiarity in an IT Infrastructure environment
  • Experienced in a SDLC environment

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Ensures timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate disposition of program information
  • Scope / Change Management: Working with the Program Manager to ensure all work required to complete the program is successfully included and scope creep is handled appropriately
  • Quality Management: Ensures that the program will satisfy the needs for which it is was undertaken
  • Schedule Management: Ensures coordinated scheduling of activities, such as testing
  • Risk / Issue Management: Identification, analysis, responding to and tracking program issues and risks

Essential Job Functions

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
  • Enjoys being in an entrepreneurial environment and acting as a change agent, evangelizing new ideas
  • Work in conjunction with Solutions Delivery Project Managers across functional boundaries and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define project and program requirements
  • Work closely with all stakeholders on business process engineering, system requests, and operational issues
  • Capture and document customer feature requests in both business and technical terms with enough description to ensure the value of the project is realized
  • Support/Manage user acceptance testing across functional teams
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across project teams
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum
