We are hiring a Cardio Echo Tech to work in one of our contracted facilities in Reno, NV

Shift

  • Day Shift 7am-3:30pm
  • 10 hour shifts
  • Some call required
  • Varied days and rotating weekend shifts
  • 8-13 week contract with potential for contract extension

Compensation

Gross Weekly- $2600.00 (40 Hours)

  • Blended hourly Rate- $65.00
  • Taxed – $1242.00
  • Stipend- $1358.00



Job Description

Uses ultrasound to visualize internal cardiac structures, obtain measurements of cardiac valves, ventricle and left atrium and visualize blood flow. Assists the physician with complex ultrasound procedures. Promotes the smooth and efficient operation of the Cardiopulmonary Department through the appropriate utilization and management of all clerical functions within the department document handling and disposition, interpersonal relationships and information gathering and dispersion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one-year previous experience
  • Completion of an accredited echocardiography or vascular ultrasound program required.
  • Candidate should be CCI or ARDMS (RCS or RDCS) in adult echocardiography.
