We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Apartment Turnover Cleaner to join our team in Alexandria, MN. As an Apartment Turnover Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.


Job Description: (Including but not limited to)

  • Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month)
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
