About the Role

XSE Group is searching for a Full-Time Warehouse Shipping Associate in our Middletown, CT distribution center. We are looking for high impact, intelligent, aggressive, growth-minded people that can help the team reach our objectives. Our corporate offices and primary distribution center are in Middletown, CT. Our goal is to provide the best value to our customers by offering competitive prices and fast reliable services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Daily Tasks in Timely Manner Following Company Procedures
  • Pick product from bin locations according to pick tickets
  • Prepare and pack outbound shipments
  • Pick orders accurately and in timely manner
  • Maintain a clean work area
  • Communicate with Shipping Supervisor on PO/SO Issues, Damaged Product, Staff Concerns and Equipment Safety


90 Day Success Metrics

  • Ability to complete 15 picks per hour
  • Maintain an error rate of less than 0.2% (less than 3 errors per month)
  • Ability to use our computer systems to create and process shipments
  • Ability to communicate all issues with various departments throughout the organization

Responsabilidades clave

  • Complete las tareas diarias de manera oportuna siguiendo los procedimientos de la empresa

  • Capacidad para completar 15 selecciones por hora.
  • Mantener una tasa de error inferior al 0,2% (menos de 3 errores al mes)
  • Capacidad de utilizar nuestros sistemas informáticos para crear y procesar envíos.

Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Warehouse experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to learn pick/pack procedures required (company will provide training)
  • Willingness to learn forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker required (company will provide training)
  • High School Graduate / GED
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Some computer skills
  • US work authorization
  • Fluency in either English or Spanish with at least basic English
