YOUR TYPICAL DAY AT OUR NONPROFIT

As a Staffing Specialist - Recruitment Coordinator, your day consists of managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various positions. You will partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions. Responsibilities include conducting candidate outreach, managing interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.


REQUIREMENTS FOR A STAFFING SPECIALIST - RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5+ years
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment cycles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and plans
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms, preferably Workday
  • 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and flexibility skills
