Spa Receptionist

Job Description:

This Opening is for part time positions day 4-8 Thursday,( with more hours coming in the fall) one Friday a month and 2 Saturdays a month and evening shift 

As a Spa Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our spa. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.

3. Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate documentation of services rendered.

4. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.

5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

6. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and securely.

7. Collaborate with spa staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional client experiences.

8. Manage client records, update information, and maintain confidentiality.

9. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

10. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

11. Stay updated on spa services, treatments, and special offers.

12. Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and protocols, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Proficient in using computer software and booking systems.

7. Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus.

8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
