Are you seeking a Front Desk position in a warm and friendly environment?
We are looking for a positive and friendly Front Desk Associate to ensure our patient experience remains first-class. We need someone with top-notch communication skills, detail oriented, a great work ethic and a passion for our patients. As our office continues to grow, we have determined a need for additional front desk staff and we are seeking “A players” only Compensation will be based on experience and it is preferred that candidates have experience in a front office setting with patient interaction, reception (vocal and written skills), scheduling, billing/insurance and more.


We are seeking a Front Desk Associate who would do the following:

  • Ensure the patient experience is always top notch by communicating clearly, educating, and accommodating our outstanding patients
  • Ensure patients feel welcome and as comfortable as possible from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave
  • Answer phones, check patients in and out, schedule appointments, inform patients about insurance and billing, answer questions, etc.
  • Assist with various office wide process related initiatives
  • Maintain proper documentation of patient notes, charts, ledger, etc.
  • Assist and collaborate with operations manager, doctors, and other staff members with various tasks to keep our processes running smoothly
  • Any other front desk related duties and tasks
