Executive Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join X-Bow Systems, a solid rocket motor technology leading company. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of key projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee specific short-term projects' planning, implementation, and tracking.
  • Develop project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

Market Analysis:

  • Assist in analyzing solid rocket motors sector industry trends, focusing on defense, aerospace, and commercial applications.
  • Support assessing competitors' capabilities, market share, and pricing strategies.
  • Help identify target market segments, including defense contractors, space launch providers, and commercial satellite manufacturers.

Marketing Objectives Support:

  • Support the execution of marketing objectives aligned with X-Bow's mission and strategic goals.
  • Assist in increasing market share, securing key contracts, and positioning X-Bow as a solid rocket motor technology leader.

Strategic Positioning:

  • Assist in defining X-Bow's unique value proposition in the solid rocket motors market.

Product Portfolio Support:
