AP Specialist

Role: AP Specialist

Location: Coatesville, PA

Pay: $23 - $27 / hour

Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, respond to inquiries, and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
• Match invoices with purchase orders, verifying quantities, prices, and terms
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments
• Assist employees in submitting expense reports, review and reconcile expenses, and process reimbursements
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payments, and other supporting documentation
• Assist in month-end closing activities, such as reconciling accounts payable balances, preparing accruals, and providing necessary reports and analysis to the finance team

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of full cycle AP experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Software: Traverse & Excel
