Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is opening its doors to our 13th location in Tallahassee on Monday, January 22nd, and we want YOU to be part of the excitement We will be calling to schedule face to face interviews starting Monday December 18, 2023 - Friday January 12, 2024, or until slots fill up


Upon joining us on our opening team your journey with us would begin with an Orientation on Monday, January 15th, offering both morning and afternoon options. Following that, our training sessions will run from January 16th to the 21st, with both AM and PM sessions available. It's important to note that attendance on these days is mandatory; they're not just days on the calendar—they're essential steps in your exciting new adventure with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. We're looking forward to having an amazing week of trailing, ready to learn and grow together"


Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is a Family Casual Dining Italian Restaurant composed of a team of fun, diverse, and hardworking individuals who live and lead by our "Do it R.I.G.H.T." core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform.
  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner while also acknowledging all guests that come in the restaurant.
  • Provides highest level of service by adhering to all Company service standards.
  • Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to the mission of providing guests with a “great dining experience from beginning to end”.
  • Serves alcoholic beverages in accordance with Company standards and state alcohol service requirements.
  • Work directly with other team members and management to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Ensure menu knowledge to address guests’ questions; including food allergy issues.
  • Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas.
  • Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled server to take over.
  • Notifies management immediately of any potential issues and/or long ticket times.
Requirements:

A Server is responsible for representing the Company by providing guest service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a welcoming environment while living by our Core Values. S/he will work directly with other team members to ensure that the guests' visit meets our Mission and Vision. FLSA: Non-Exempt

Essential Requirements & Skills

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with and handle cash.
  • Team members must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.

  • Leads self with self-discipline, critical thinking and problem solving, initiative, and leadership ability.
  • Leads people through a passion for motivating others to perform as a team to ensure great dining experiences.
  • Communicates effectively through active listening and positively influencing a diverse team.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

A Server is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation. This job entails frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items. Physical demands include:

  • Remain standing for extended periods of time, bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 45 lbs., above waist level.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information by effectively talking and listening.
