We are looking for an EHR Systems Analyst who can create a “wow” experience for our care team working within our electronic health records (EHR) systems. This person will be responsible for updating and creating streamlined workflows, create documentation, and provide training and ongoing support to the AndHealth clinical team.

What you’ll do in the role:
  • Participate in training sessions with our partners, becoming an “expert” in the functions that will be used by administrative and clinical AndHealth staff
  • Provide ongoing EHR training for the AndHealth team including all roles from providers to nurses and administrative support staff
  • Translate the training provided by partner training staff into best practices for AndHealth
  • Update existing and future training into targeted modules
  • Improve physician engagement and knowledge retention
  • Create easy to use and robust reference materials
  • Highlight key workflow differences in partner EHRs, create tipsheets for quick access to frequently needed functionality, etc
  • Provide at-the-elbow physician support, feedback, and user record specialization
  • System configuration and workflows to improve EHR use for specific end users and provide ongoing support
  • Design auditing process to enforce physician documentation compliance required by our CHC partners 
  • Identify and remove inconsistencies across EHR workflow and build where possible
  • Streamline the EHR login process for the Care team

Education & Licensure Requirements:
  • Preferred degree in computer science, management information systems, or information technology

Other Skills or Qualifications:
  • Must have experience working in EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks, Cerner for example)
  • Experience with project management
  • Must have an interdisciplinary & system thinking approach
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding preferred
  • Must have excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, and decision making skills Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professional relationship skills, and a strong work ethic
  • Prioritizes responsibilities, takes initiative, and possesses excellent organizational skills

Health Center Requirements: (may be required) – Remove if not applicable.
  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months.
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity.
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving.
  • Hep B3 Series. 
  • (Flu) Influenza-required.  
  • COVID Vaccine.
