At H2 Health, you will work directly with children and adolescents with autism and related disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary role will involve implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.


We are seeking a PRN Registered Behavior Analyst (RBT) to work at our H2 Health outpatient clinic in Lubbock, TX. Our ideal candidate is someone flexible and passionate about working with kids.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification within a specified timeframe.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an RBT; however, don't worry if you're a new grad - we welcome you too
  • Qualifications: Eligible or active certification to practice as an RBT.
