Are you a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) seeking flexible employment opportunities? Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Mobility Assistance: Assist residents with movement and physical activities, including transfers and walking.
- Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain residents' personal hygiene and comfort through regular toileting, bathing, and grooming.
- Environmental Upkeep: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Nutrition Support: Help with meal preparation, feeding residents, and tracking food and fluid intake.
- Accurate Documentation: Keep precise records of the care provided and residents' responses.
- Effective Communication: Engage with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals effectively.
- Patient Advocacy: Actively address and resolve any concerns or issues for residents.
- Infection Control: Adhere to protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
Qualifications:
