Position:
The Customer Service Representative is a high-level customer service position that is one of the first lines of communication for Lula customers. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure that each customer is treated in a professional and friendly manner. The main responsibility is to answer phone calls and response to requests of those calls. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with Lula customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic and professional approach, while delivering a consistent excellent customer service experience by utilizing an in-depth knowledge of company processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house day-to-day customer support, responding promptly to all customer inquiries
- Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to multiple customers and maintaining all customer records in accordance with company policy
- Proactively addressing customer concerns with confidence while knowing when to escalate and partner with leadership team
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Liaison between customer and providers ensuring communication is used effectively to achieve accurate outbound and inbound orders
- Maintain a positive attitude with the added ability to overcome objections and hurdles while managing customers
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the prospective customer experience
To join our team, you’ll need:
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment
- 3+ years of related customer service experience (experience in property maintenance preferred)
- A positive, solutions focused attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective prioritization, problem solving and time management skills
- Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information
- To perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- To be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment without being distracted
