Job Description: Aspire Day School and The Recovery Center of KY are seeking Business Development Specialists with diverse skill sets to manage the creation of digital marketing campaigns and engage in direct community outreach. We are hiring in Elizabethtown, KY, and Louisville, KY. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, partners, and vendors while evaluating existing partnerships and outreach efforts to optimize strategies. Additionally, the specialist will support the implementation of strategic plans that promote innovation, technology transfer, commercialization, and economic development activities.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources to support business growth and marketing initiatives.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
  • Supporting marketing efforts by presenting market research to the marketing director and suggesting strategies to expand brand visibility and content reach.
  • Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to meet customers’ needs and stay ahead in the market.

  • Collaborating with the marketing department to create and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging target audiences.
  • Developing email campaigns and creating graphic designs to support marketing initiatives.
  • A background in article writing is preferred but not required.
