We are growing and are looking to add several Plumbers to our new construction team  Plumbers are responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing.


JOB DUTIES: 


  • Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings and fixtures, water,
    drainage and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  • Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to
    work orders.
  • Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
  • Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including
    sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.; install supports and hangers for pipe,
    fixtures and equipment.
  • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems,
    water supply networks and waste and drainage systems.
  • Maintaining and repairing existing ones.
  • Understand and follow blueprints or building plans.
  • Follow current rules and regulations related to plumbing to ensure that systems pass inspection.
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and making a repair.
  • Perform maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of pipes, fittings, and all manner of plumbing fixtures, from toilets to washing machines.
  • Light commercial/residential experience.
  • Candidate must have valid driver’s license.
  • Be willing to work in a drug free work environment.
