We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part-time sales associate (32 hours per week) for our Seattle, WA location. Applicants must be flexible to work varying schedules: holidays, days, nights and/or weekends. Weekends are required for this position. Please be sure to include a complete resume when applying.
Job Description:
- Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales.
- Maintain store housekeeping and product merchandising recovery expectations.
- Monitors store email and reacts to business critical directives.
- Encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors.
- Consistent written and verbal communication with store team.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Completes sales transactions with efficiency from end to end.
- Escalate store issues in a timely manner.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
- 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must practice effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with supervision and accept feedback
System Qualifications:
- Microsoft office email
- Retail inventory software
- Understand the POS system and other software used by the stores
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
- Flexible schedule with nights, holidays and weekend shifts per scheduling guidelines.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to reach and lift to complete visual presentations and/or store set up.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Reaching arms over head, ladder use, computer operation, continuous standing and walking, hand coordination, telephone use, speaking, reading, writing.
