Preferably with Company (J&JJ or Pharm experience with Concur, eMarketplace, MS Teams, Outlook and other systems.

Experience with larger teams in fast-paced environments preferred.
8-10 years admin/Sr. Admin/Coordinator experience in Pharm industry preferred.

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to various top executives/leaders and team members within the Medical Affairs department.

What would you consider to be the top 3, non-negotiable skills that you'll be looking for when reviewing candidate resumes:
1) Calendar management and very detailed oriented and organized with exceptional follow-up skills
2) Concur/exp reports experience
3) Working within a team environment and partnering with other team admins
4) Pharm (JNJ preferred) experience

What would you consider to be an ideal candidate background for this position:
1. At least 8-10 years admin/Sr. Admin/Coordinator experience in Pharm industry/J&J preferred.
