Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers and presenting our products and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and guiding them through the sales process
• Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve collective goals and share market insights and customer feedback
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and Kingdom Fence & Supply
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and pricing to effectively position our offerings in the market
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products, and follow up on customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth and success

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a determination to achieve targets
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales software
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows
• Familiarity with fencing and outdoor construction is a plus
