Job Description

Are you passionate about organizing fun-filled activities and events for families? Our team is looking for an Activities Coordinator to join us If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this role is perfect for you.   • Conducting daily scheduled activities such as fitness-related activities, poolside games, family arts and crafts, sports events, special events, and guest trips.
  • Running the daily operations of the Activity Center, handling finances, logging transactions, and writing/distributing receipts.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and tracking guest interactions.
  • Providing support to the Activities Center.
  • Create an upbeat, energetic, fun environment.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Qualifications

  •  
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • One to three months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

  • Creative mind and excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18.
  • Current Driver’s license.
  • Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
