As an AOI Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating Automated Optical Inspection equipment to identify defects on circuit board assemblies. This role demands strong analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and comfort with inspection, quality control, and software systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve minor issues and escalate larger problems to supervisors.
  • Perform rework on incomplete assemblies.
  • Complete shortage requests, timesheets, and work order summaries.
  • Clean machines and work area after each job.
  • Work well in a team and foster positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Handle pressure and adapt to change positively.
  • Contribute to a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment in line with OSHA and SDS standards.
Job Qualifications:
  • IPC 610 Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with MIS (Aegis) software is required.
  • Component Identification training is required.
  • Familiarity with operating AOI machines, loading programs, and logging defects is essential.
  • Must be an analytical thinker and tech-savvy, comfortable with inspection and navigating software systems.
Open Positions:
  • 1 AOI Operator (2nd Shift): 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, pay is $20 per hour.
  • 2 AOI Operators (1st Shift): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, pay is $20-$23 per hour.
