Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of several office buildings across Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property maintenance and tenant satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the overall operation of multiple office buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants.


• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.


• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.


• Oversee tenant relations, including addressing concerns, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring lease compliance.


• Prepare and manage property budgets, including monitoring expenses and revenue.


• Negotiate and manage service contracts with vendors and contractors.


• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.


• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.


• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports on property performance for senior management.


• Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.

 


Qualifications:


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.


• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Valid Texas real estate license is preferred, but not required.
