Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Payroll leader on process improvements and efficiencies
• Managing work-flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Review / Approve W-4 changes, Direct Deposit changes, and maintain local city tax changes for all team members
• Review all mid-pay period changes and prepare payroll specialist for payroll weeks by organizing all emails and follow up from off-payroll weeks that need action
• Organize garnishments and review / audit all garnishment set ups for our team members
• Assist team members with questions on their W-2, Pontiac tax forms, and paycheck questions
• Follow up with team members on questions regarding shift premium, rate changes, PTO breakdown, etc.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree
• UltiPro knowledge
• 1-2 years of payroll experience
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Onsite attendance is required
