**Job Summary:**
As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will lead and oversee our receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding services, and distribution of a diverse range of pump products and materials. You will ensure that pump parts and products are received from customers, dispatched for repair, and promptly returned. Additionally, you will supply our pump, fabrication, and panel shops with the necessary parts and materials, all while maintaining robust inventory control processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of pump products and materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of product shipments.
- Coordinate with procurement to achieve accurate fill rates.
- Conduct regular and precise cycle counts of inventory.
- Aim for zero warehousing operations errors.
- Strive for 100% on-time shipment of products.
