Deburring Operator

Deburring Operator:

Responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, or other imperfections from machined metal parts. Operators must have a keen eye for detail and need to follow safety procedures when using tools and equipment. This role is critical in ensuring the overall quality and functionality of our manufactured parts.

Location: Wayland, MI – Manufacturing Facility

Category: Non-exempt employee, full time

Shift: First (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)

Starting Pay: $15 -16 per hour with potential pay increase after 90-days

Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:

• Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
• Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods
• Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands
• Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
• Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
