Your Responsibilities as a Mid-level Stormwater Scientist:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data.
• Write and review technical reports.
• Assist with stormwater (MS4) compliance inspections and reporting.
• Thorough understanding of environmental regulations at a Federal, State, and Local level; including SWPP, SPCC and stormwater permitting
• Analyze environmental legislation and regulations and determine impact on client activities.
• Meet client deadlines.
• Actively develop your own career growth.

What we're looking for:

• BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or other related field
• At least 2 to 6 years of proven technical experience
• Strong technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices
• Experience with Stormwater Management Systems.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
• Experience with stormwater inspections and compliance
• Experience with data management and report preparation.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
