Founded in 1948 by John Pridgeon and Donald Clay, we are one of the largest independent, value-added manufacturers and suppliers of automotive stamped and fine-blanked components in the United States.

As a Machine Operator you will run various processes to tap, ream, form, sand, or weld components into the highest quality finished parts for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Operate machines to produce parts, such as loading and unloading components
• Conduct visual inspection of parts to ensure quality
• Perform duties relating to machine set-up and changeover
• Troubleshoot machines to ensure both part quality and maximum production levels are attained
• Participate in, and support, lean initiatives, continuous improvement and problem solving events

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• An ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures
• A positive attitude and willingness to support other team members
• The ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, adhere to strict quality standards, and accurately complete production paperwork
• An excellent work record (including attendance)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
