Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGrowing Solon Company looking to expand workforce. Experienced to No Experience. We will train.

6:00am – 4:30pm

Monday – Thursday (with mandatory overtime at the direction of management)

$14.00 - $16 per hour


General Laborer - Experience is preferred – or must be mechanically inclined.

  • Must have meticulous attention to detail and be aware of discrepancies
  • MUST HAVE Good Dexterity for this position
  • Cannot be color blind and must have good vision
  • This candidate MUST be able to work with VERY TINY PARTS.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time


  • The soldering positions will need a review of work history and require a candidate to be mechanically inclined.
