Job Summary:

The Client Success Manager holds significant importance within our organization, as it entails overseeing the successful integration of customer solutions and ensuring flawless project execution. This position primarily involves leading project management initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the prompt and precise deployment of solutions. The ultimate measure of success for the Client Success Manager is the attainment of project milestones and the delivery of outstanding service to our clients, thereby nurturing enduring relationships and facilitating organizational expansion.


General Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire project management process from initiation to completion, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of customer solutions within defined parameters.
  • Develop and meticulously maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to effectively allocate resources and foster seamless communication channels between departments, promoting synergy and efficiency.
  • Engage proactively with clients to grasp their unique needs and expectations, translating them into actionable project plans that drive satisfaction and results.
  • Identify and preemptively address potential obstacles, implementing strategic measures to mitigate risks and guarantee the success of each project.
  • Foster and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.
  • Articulate project progress, challenges, and achievements to clients and executive leadership in a concise and articulate manner, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to orchestrate a unified approach towards achieving client success.
  • Establish clear project milestones and objectives, monitoring progress closely and initiating corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met and quality standards upheld.
  • Analyze project performance data to discern trends, areas for enhancement, and opportunities for optimization, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring solutions are aligned with prevailing market demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion a culture of ongoing improvement by identifying areas for refinement and spearheading strategic changes to enhance project outcomes and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or an applicable field and/or the equivalent work experience required.
  • Background and experience with property and casual insurance claims highly preferred
  • Previous experience leading cross functional teams and deployment of solutions
  • Previous experience with a PMO highly preferred
  • PMP certification desired
  • Exceptional client service and relationship management required.
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Proficient with technologies such as Microsoft tools, laptops, tablets, applications, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to travel if required.
  • Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely.
