Job Description

Vector Engineering Inc is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers through chat platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat platforms to provide assistance and support
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance as needed
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and navigating our website or software
• Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or issues have been resolved satisfactorily
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
  Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
