About Sales Bizlab

At Sales Bizlab is seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We areis seeking an organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide support to our executive team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in administration and gain valuable experience in a dynamic business environment.

Monday to Friday

Pay Range:

$25.60 - $35.00 hourly

PITTSBURGH, PA

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the schedules and calendars of executives.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Run errands and perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure the efficient flow of information.
  • Assist with special projects and events as directed by the executive team.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure that the workplace is organized and well-maintained.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus, but not required.
