We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, experienced Assistant Teacher for our Learning Center

At The Learning Experience, you can have the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children, where "happy happens here" is not just a motto but a way of life.

As a Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Curriculum: Collaborate with Lead Teacher to create and execute lesson plans and activities to help children reach their highest level.
Individualized Guidance: Perceive and address the individual needs of each little learner in your care.
Parent Correspondence: Keep an open and positive communication with parents that highlights the growth of their little one.
Group Cooperation: Work cooperatively with our school team to create a positive and nurturing environment.

Qualifications


  • Previous experience as an early childhood educator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma, One Year in Preschool Classroom Setting
  • Preferred: CDA or higher
