Job DescriptionJob Description

Material Handler needed for our Fond du Lac client - 1st shift hours - temporary opportunity


The Material Handler will ensure all finished products, pallets, carts, and other materials are delivered to the proper locations in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately identify products by I.D. sticker or tag and provide appropriate materials according to product schedule to requesting departments

- Correctly fill out and consistently follow proper procedures for Stock Material Usage forms

- Deliver shipping cardboard and restock Kan-Ban pallets and cards for Production daily (as needed)

- Lift parts onto pallets or carts with Production as needed

- Enter all required information into the ERP system


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Forklift experience

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, customer specifications, and drawings

- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools in a safe and effective manner

- Must have basic math skills

- High school diploma preferred; basic computer skills required
