My Pet's Vet is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service Representative with growth opportunities at our new Florence, Kentucky Animal Hospital. Responsibilities and Duties
Your basic duties as a CSR at My Pet’s Vet are as follows
- Greeting Clients
- Answering Phones
- Differentiating Between Routine and Emergency Cases
- Scheduling Vet Appointments
- Admitting and Checking Out Patients
- Processing Payments
- Communicating Information Between the Clients and Our Staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organization skills
- Motivated and passionate about helping animals is a must
- Education: High School or Equivalent
