Position Overview:
Performs a variety of Operational tasks to assist and support the Operations and Sales Team, including but not limited to on-boarding carriers, tracking shipments and relaying info between our carriers, salespeople, and operations teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Pickups, Deliveries and Transit of shipments via verbal and/or electronic communications
  • Enter all collected info and relay to orders via Check Calls
  • On Boarding new carriers and entering to our TMS
  • Collect required paperwork from Carriers to process orders
  • Research, track, collect and disperse info as required to ensure proper movement of freight

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-system environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including
  • Experience with Flatbed and Over-Dimensional Freight
  • Computer literacy (i.e., Excel, Word, email and internet)
