Semi-Trailer - Yard Trucks a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership in Waxahachie Texas is seeking a Part Time Marketing Administrator with experience to join our Marketing team in Waxahachie TX.  We are seeking an individual who knows what they want and possess very clear goals. 

Position Summary: Located at our Waxahachie Branch office off I-35 and Sterrett Rd.

9am-2pm Schedule - 25 hours per week. 

This Part -Time position will assist the day-to-day marketing activities and strategies for our Yard Trucks & Trailers   We are in a B2B industry. We sell equipment nationally. We utilize a wide variety of marketing mediums to promote our equipment business. We are in the fast-paced transportation equipment industry. 

We Buy - Sell - Rent - Yard Trucks & Semi-Trailers. 

Must have interest and path in both MARKETING & EQUIPMENT    

Major Objectives you will be assisting. 

• Execute EQUIPMENT MARKETING campaigns, including but not limited to, Online Advertising, Transportation Magazines, Direct Mail, E-Mail - Websites - social media and more.
• Ad postings - Database - Pictures - Videos - Inspections - Customer interactions.
• Social media - Graphics - etc.   
• CRM - Database System - Entries - Mgt 
• Work with Marketing Team to cultivate creative ideas.
• Utilize and Manage ALL types of marketing tools-mediums. 
• Business to Business Marketing. 
• Consult with Sales staff to ensure the organization and development of effective and comprehensive equipment marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and adjust the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor and develop the customer database.

Basic Qualifications:

• Interest in Transportation Equipment - Big Trucks - Semi Trailers
• Physically active role - In office - In yard
• Equipment Dealership or Transportation industry is a plus.
• Equipment specifications knowledge-Interest.
• Excellent organization skills 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.
• Clear career goals 
• Self-starter who is open to learning & embraces learning at an energized pace

Marketing Qualifications:

• Marketing degree preferred. - Or working towards one.
• Equipment knowledge.
• Biz to Biz experience a plus.
• Passion & interest for marketing & sales activities.
• Website Experience.
• Marketing campaign development. 
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suites 
• Constant Contact - Word Press - MS Publisher - Excel -Word
• Social Media experience - LinkedIn - Facebook - Google - YouTube
• Trello - Quick Base - Office 365 suite.
• CREATIVE - AGRESSIVE - MARKETING PASSION
