Responsibilities:


  • Successfully maintain a well-organized and positive classroom environment.
  • Supervise and support children during various activities and transitions.
  • Implement age-appropriate and developmentally sound educational activities using The Creative Curriculum.
  • Foster a love for learning through creative and stimulating lesson plans.
  • Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, including proper hygiene practices and emergency procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with each child, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:


  • A BA in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Consistent previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting for at least 3 years or more.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team.
