How you will make an impact: 

Join our team of Nurses at Pleasant View As a Nursing team supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuum of care by diligently making rounds to each resident, receiving comprehensive reports on their status, and liaising with families and Powers of Attorney to devise effective treatment plans. You will provide invaluable leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a supportive environment and promoting teamwork through proactive problem-solving. Additionally, as a backup to the Night supervisor, you will assist in managing concerns, coordinating shift reports, and ensuring compliance with medication administration policies. 

Schedule: The schedule for this position is full time;7 shifts per pay period, 7pm to 7am; 1 week - Sun, Wed, Thurs; 2 week - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat. 

What you will need: 

  • Current Illinois RN or LPN license required. 
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree in Nursing
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Must be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures. 
  • Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
