Ensocell is using cutting-edge single cell, spatial genomics, and AI-based computational technologies to identify and develop pioneering therapeutics.
We are seeking a highly motivated immunologist who will be responsible for the design and hands-on execution of in vitro and in vivo experiments to advance the discovery and development of biologics. The candidate must have demonstrable experience in advancing therapeutic antibodies programs in a discovery setting.
What this role will involve
- Independently design, execute, and interpret experiments to advance the development of novel antibodies, collaborating closely within the Biotherapeutics discovery group
- Establish and manage in-house and outsourced immunological assays such as in vitro cellular assays and the planning and design of in vivo experiments.
- Present your findings and ideas to an interdisciplinary team with a wide range of technical backgrounds.
What we expect from you
Qualifications and skills
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related disciplines and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry post Ph.D.
- Extensive hands-on laboratory experience in immunological assays and isolation & culture of primary human and mouse cells and cell lines.
- Expertise in cellular immunological techniques, multi-color flow cytometry, and assay development to interrogate and validate the function of novel biologics is a must.
- Expertise in the design and analysis of in vivo models.
- Self-starter, strong collaborative skills working in cross-functional teams and a start-up environment.
