We are looking for a a high-energy, self-motivated WORKING MOWING FOREPERSON/CREW LEADER capable of supervising one to two crew members.

Applicants must be knowledgeable with all aspects of mowing and some key aspects of landscape maintenance, be able to operate all mowing equipment (Scag, Exmark, Ventrac, Stihl, etc.) with minimal supervision, perform all mowing/maintenance functions in a safe manner and direct a crew.  Summer starting wage $22 - 25.

Qualified Candidates must also:

Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable on company’s insurance policy

Have a minimum of two years mowing experience

Be able to operate company a truck w/trailer and all mowing equipment safely and effectively

Be able to perform all daily preventative maintenance mowers, trimmer, blowers (Scag, Exmark, Ventrac & Stihl), etc.

Have the leadership capability and demeanor to effectively manage and direct a crew of one to two people

Meets and/or exceed Homestead's Quality and Production Mowing standards

Full-time Seasonal or a full-time Year-round position available, your choice.
