Caselle is looking for our next great hire We are seeking a customer-focused, bright, motivated receptionist to work in Provo, UT. First, a little bit about Caselle.
This position is a full-time (M-F 8-5) receptionist.
For more than 40 years, Caselle has provided software and services to our customers around the nation. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal receptionist will be energetic, motivated, and customer-focused. Caselle's receptionist is literally the front door to our business and is critical to providing a positive first, and continued impression. We value people with great teamwork skills, a positive mindset, and great work ethic. Our receptionist interacts with clients and employees in positive ways.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer multi-line phones
- Enter help tickets into a customer database (CIMS - Caselle Incident Management System) providing accurate details
- Handles initial contact with customers, vendors, delivery people, and the general public in a welcoming, receptive manner
- Performs designated clerical duties
- Greets clients and prepares and gets them situated for training
- Plays an active role in the physical security of Caselle by logging arrivals and departures of visitors
- Excellent phone skills
- Reliable in work and attendance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Comfortable with phone systems
- Able to work on a computer using CRM applications, Word, etc.
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Great team player
