As a Deburr Operator (also known as Metal Finisher, Grinding Operator), you'll be responsible for cleaning, grinding, and polishing metal materials in accordance with work orders and engineering drawings. You'll ensure adherence to relevant specifications and documentation, and verify the conformity of the work product throughout the process.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with preference given to those with aerospace experience.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and deburring.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, detailed work, and extended use of a microscope.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
