IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for daily technical support for computers, software, cell phones, and printing, while assisting with day-to-day IT tasks and projects in collaboration with the IT Director.
Essential Functions:
- Provide technical support to the staff for computer, printing, and cell phone issues.
- Provide technical support for job sites regarding computer, printing, and networking issues. This may require traveling to job sites to resolve issues.
- Manage cell phones and plans for company.
- Order equipment (computers, phones, cell phones, etc.) as requested by IT Director.
- Prepare new PCs for users by installing the necessary software needed.
- Work with IT Director installing software updates and upgrades to computers and servers.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills required.
- Ability to create process documentation.
- Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification.
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Possess an understanding of workstation operating systems
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Commitment to company values
