Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Merchandise Project Manager is responsible for the concepting, sourcing, budgeting, and logistics of all uniforms and swag for the Sales functions within Moxie Pest Control. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of project management principles

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the merchandise budget for the Sales department

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop merchandise concepts

  • Source and evaluate vendors for uniforms and swag

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors

  • Manage the ordering and distribution of uniforms and swag items

  • Maintain an 18-month budget for merchandise expenditures, including anticipating potential expenses

  • Ensure that all merchandise is of high quality and meets the company's standards

  • Track and manage inventory levels

  • Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective merchandise management

  • Secure and maintain relationships with multiple vendors to establish a bidding process for large project needs

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on merchandise or retail

  • Strong understanding of budgeting, sourcing, and logistics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
