WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As an Automotive Service Writer, your day begins with a warm welcome to our customers, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step through the door. You efficiently manage appointments, provide detailed estimates, and clearly explain necessary repairs. Your exceptional communication skills shine as you bridge the gap between our skilled technicians and our customers. You maintain accurate records, uphold high productivity and quality standards, and stay updated on manufacturer specifications. The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• High school diploma plus vocational/technical school graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of service advisor experience or equivalent
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• High productivity while maintaining high-quality work
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
• Positive and approachable demeanor
• Willingness to continue training/schooling as required
• Availability to work extended hours as necessary (40-50 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

This full-time position is based in Harleysville, PA. You'll work 40-50 hours per week, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Flexibility for extended hours is a must to meet our clients' needs.
