AERMOR LLC is hiring an Administrator / IT Support Specialist to assist in the coordination and management of IT equipment and activities to support organizational communications, including correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, and workflow management. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate, perform, and manage a variety of tasks and activities in direct support of organizational commanders, directors, and senior leaders to include office management, executive staff support, postal, official mail, and a variety of other services and duties.
  • Track and manage training program for the unit, track completion and required training.
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Manage processes and activities to support organizational communications, including correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, and workflow management.
  • Perform various administrative functions in support of military and civilian leaders, including calendar management, meeting support, and customer services duties.
  • Ensure communications comply with standards for style and format.
  • Assist with organizational personnel and manpower programs, such as personnel rosters, evaluations, decorations, supervisory data, orders, in-/out-processing personnel and manpower authorization requests.
  • Provide executive administrative support to senior leaders coordinating itineraries.
  • Coordinate with Protocol and assists with Distinguished Visitor (DV) support and events; manages recognition/special ceremonies, schedules event locations, coordinates mementos, and manages guest lists.
  • Work with Base Support Team to get manage Computers, Phones, Printers, Network and Communication Equipment, Software, Software Licensing, etc.
  • Work with other organizations to maintain classified computing networks and computers including SAP based environments.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Top Secret Security Clearance for consideration; (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-years of relevant experience in IT support
  • Work with Base Support Team to get manage Computers, Phones, Printers, Network and Communication Equipment, Software, Software Licensing, etc.
  • Work with other organizations to maintain classified computing networks and computers including SAP based environments.
  • Work with Government Personnel as required in planning network changes, upgrades, and expansions.
  • Ability to multitask among changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain one or more of the following DoD 8570 certifications:  CompTIA at the A+, N+, and Security+ levels.
